Description
A rib and block deck is a type of reinforced concrete floor system consisting of precast concrete ribs or beams and precast concrete blocks or slabs. The ribs are made with a trapezoidal shape that allows them to interlock with each other, forming a structural framework. The blocks or slabs are then placed between the ribs to create a level surface for the floor.
